'Getting to Know UAB' - Our in house induction program is designed to give new joiners an opportunity to meet with key representatives and their teams across the business to gain meaningful insights.

The Learning & Development and Talent Management department is committed to investing in UAE national talent through specially designed individual training and development programs. These form an integral and pivotal part of the bank's strategy to develop future leaders in UAB.

'Reyadah' is the UAB flagship Training and Development program for the existing Emirati talent pool. It is a unique and customized development plan spanning a period of 12 months. Reyadah training modules cover a range of subjects from technical banking skills to leadership development. Training is imparted through different mediums - classroom, outdoor, e-learning, on-job-training, mentorship among others.

At UAB, internships are provided to sponsor students from various universities and colleges during the year. Work-plans are prepared in advance and supervised training is provided during the internship period.
