The nature of the job is the management of UAB Properties and Facilities including all the bank development projects, real estate valuation, HO/Branch renovation, Building Management System, Data Center as a facility, Emergency System, bank’s warehouses, physical security, maintenance, renewals, record keeping, bank’s vehicles, parking, drivers and office boys.

• Develop procedural controls to manage the project finance & construction finance risk.
• Establish, monitor and evaluate technical & operational procedures for all Bank projects.
• Manage the overall operational budget for properties maintenance & service charges.
• Managing the overall total development costs of the projects related to the department.
• Manage External Consultants and Contractors to achieve the contracted performance levels.
• Placing all new joiners and arranging inter office movements ensuring staff are able to operate.
• Managing Security Department to minimize the chance of high risk physical security incidents or breaches; high risk finding, major Health & Safety incidents in bank premises.
• Administering tenancy contracts, authority licenses, regulatory compliance, facilities Annual Maintenance Contracts.
• Management of drivers/ office boys and ensuring they are available to carry out their tasks to support business.
• Ensure UAB vehicles are appropriately maintained/repaired/replaced allowing the fleet to support business.
• Working with external contractors in finalizing the installation for new /existing branches interiors.
• Managing the building management system, the data center from a facility perspective, and ensuring proper Preventive Maintenance are performed periodically to all UAB buildings and branches facilities.

• Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering through a recognized University.
• Experience in real estate developments & construction projects.
• UAE National candidates will be given first preference.
